We Deliver Complex Project Cargo EXW to HCMC Port

We have successfully completed a difficult and complex shipment from factory Ex-Works in Ben Cat district, Binh Duong province to Lotus Port, HCMC (distance 65km). The project comprised a total of 29 packages, 9,000FRT of over-sized equipment up to L 21m x W 5.3m x H5.8mn, 44.5 tons.

The road transport presented many challenges en-route that required experienced planning to resolve. More than 20 low electricity and communication lines required applications for permissions from 4 different authorities to lifted-up or cut. Road and water-way over dimensional and heavy cargo transportation permissions were also required from 4 different authorities. Vantage Logistics’ experienced team implemented a very detailed working plan which resulted in smooth cooperation between all relevant parties authorities.

VL’s dedicated team spent 3 continuous nights at the jobsite and on the road, to check cargo status before pick up, to control operations and safety, to co-ordinate with all related authorities, and finally deliver the cargo, safely, on time and on budget, under-hook for loading on board MV “BBC Everest”.
