VANTAGE COMPLETES TRANSPORTATION OF 160 TONS OF STEEL STRUCTURES FOR NEWAY VALVE VIETNAM FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the first shipment for the Neway Valve Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory construction project, transporting 160 tons of steel structures from Shanghai Port, China to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a total cargo value of more than USD 150,000, the shipment required close coordination throughout the ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery processes. The schedule also had to be maintained during the Reunification Day and International Labor Day holidays. A Suitable Transportation Solution for Factory Construction Cargo The shipment consisted of steel structures for factory construction, including steel columns, steel frames, beams, and tie rods. The characteristics of the cargo required the transportation plan to consider handling, securing, and final delivery requirements from the outset. For this shipment, Vantage arranged breakbulk ocean transportation from Shanghai Port to Ho Chi Minh City Port, followed by import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery to Dat Do Industrial Park. Based on the cargo characteristics and the customer’s schedule requirements, Vantage proposed a suitable transportation solution while optimizing costs by focusing on the necessary handling processes and avoiding unnecessary steps. Maintaining the Schedule During the Holiday Period Maintaining the schedule was one of the key requirements of the shipment, as the transportation took place during the holiday period. Vantage coordinated closely with the factory, agents, and port authorities to ensure continuous handling throughout each stage. Import customs clearance and port operations were closely monitored, while the delivery plan was prepared according to the receiving schedule at the project site. Close coordination among all parties helped minimize unnecessary delays and ensured the 160-ton shipment was completed safely and on schedule. On-Site Supervision for Safe Handling of Steel Structures Transporting steel structures for a factory construction project requires careful consideration of both the cargo characteristics and the actual conditions at the delivery site. Vantage’s technical and on-site supervision teams were present at the project site to monitor cargo handling and securing. Steel columns, frames, beams, and tie rods were carefully supervised during handling to ensure they were properly secured and transported safely. Continuous on-site supervision and communication among the parties helped maintain control of the process from port handling through final delivery to the project site. Project Cargo Transportation from Shanghai to Vietnam For this 160-ton steel structure shipment, Vantage managed the transportation process from Shanghai Port, China to the project site in Vietnam, covering breakbulk ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, final delivery, and on-site supervision. The safe and timely completion of the first shipment provides a solid foundation for the following stages of the Neway Valve Vietnam Factory Construction Project. Throughout the operation, international transportation, customs procedures, port handling, and final delivery were coordinated as one process to maintain the schedule and meet the requirements of the project site. Vantage Logistics Executes Expedited Transport: 5,000 Tons Breakbulk & 1,400 TEUs for LSP Complex

Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the domestic transport of an ethane tank component shipment for the LSP Complex project. The cargo was moved from the Port of Ho Chi Minh City to the Long Sơn construction site in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Viet Nam. The project comprised 5.000 tons of steel plates and 1.400 TEUs of containerized cargo. It demanded an expedited delivery schedule and seamless operational coordination among the port, the transport providers, and the construction site. High Volume, Tight Schedule, and the Pressure of Synchronized Coordination The project’s primary challenge lay in simultaneously receiving and handling two cargo types with completely different operational requirements: high-volume breakbulk (5.000 tons of steel plates) and containerized freight (1.400 TEUs). Both cargo streams required rapid customs clearance and swift port evacuation to minimize demurrage and storage fees. The Vantage Logistics field team executed parallel on-site operations: Organized technical supervision for the discharging and cross-docking of breakbulk cargo from the vessel onto transport vehicles at the port. Mobilized a continuous fleet of tractors and specialized trailers, optimizing vehicle turnaround times to meet the relentless port-out schedule. Coordinated customs clearance by batch to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted flow of transport vehicles. Managing this large volume within a compressed delivery window required rigorous synchronization among operations departments, shipping lines, port authorities, and the construction team throughout the process. Route Surveying: Ensuring Safety for Heavy-Lift Cargo Beyond scheduling pressures, the high payload of the steel plate components imposed strict requirements on the transport plan. Prior to deployment, the Vantage Logistics engineering team conducted a detailed route survey from Ho Chi Minh City to Long Son to evaluate the feasibility of operating specialized transport vehicles. The survey focused on critical variables such as turning radii, bridge and road weight limits, and overall infrastructure conditions along the corridor. Utilizing this field data, an axle-load distribution plan was engineered specifically for each cargo type to ensure safety during transit. In parallel, trucking schedules were dispatched during optimal hours to mitigate traffic impact and reduce the risk of schedule delays. Just-in-Time Delivery Aligned with On-Site Assembly In addition to securing transportation capacity, the project demanded delivery coordination that aligned precisely with the actual construction sequence on-site. The Vantage Logistics team worked directly with the client to categorize materials, sequence the delivery schedule, and prioritize the transport of components destined for immediate assembly phases. This staging strategy prevented cargo bottlenecks at the job-site holding yard while ensuring that materials were delivered just-in-time for construction needs. The dispatch department also updated the delivery plan in real time to sustain continuous operational momentum for the entire project. Heavy-Lift and Project Cargo Transport Capabilities for Industrial Projects The steel plate shipments for the LSP Complex serve as another example of the oversized/overweight (OSOW) transport capabilities that Vantage Logistics regularly deploys for industrial and EPC projects across Viet Nam. Depending on the technical specifications of each shipment, the operations team designs a customized transport solution centered on safety, load control, and construction schedule adherence. The deployment framework includes: Route surveying Infrastructure assessment Axle-load distribution calculations Selection of specialized vehicles tailored to the actual dimensions of the cargo For heavy-lift and oversized shipments, specialized trailer configurations and support equipment are mobilized to guarantee safety throughout transit. In addition to road transport, Vantage Logistics implements multimodal transport solutions – combining inland waterway and ocean freight – to optimize transit times and costs for each project. Concurrently, the company operates an integrated logistics system that covers port and job-site stevedoring, staged warehousing tailored to construction phases, and an on-site technical supervision team experienced in handling specialized industrial cargo. Vantage Logistics Successfully Delivers Seraya Power Generation Project – Batch 4, Maintaining Schedule Despite Last-Minute Changes

Following three successful shipments in Q3/2025, the client continued to entrust Vantage Logistics with Seraya Power Generation Project – Batch 4. The shipment comprises Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) modules and Gas Turbine components, with a total volume of 2,500 CBM, moving from Hai Phong and Dung Quat (Viet Nam) to Singapore. In project logistics, repeat shipments reflect the ability to sustain stable operations across multiple phases. Batch 4 was not just another shipment, but a continuation of a long-term partnership – where trust is reinforced through each milestone. Synchronizing Two Loading Points Within a Single International Movement Unlike standard shipments, Batch 4 was executed with two loading points – Hai Phong and Dung Quat (Viet Nam) – prior to shipment to Singapore. This turned the operation into a multi-layer coordination challenge: from inland transport planning and port storage management to strict adherence to vessel cut-off timelines under FAS terms. In multi-origin operations, overall performance depends not on individual steps, but on consistency across the entire chain. Even a minor deviation can require adjustments to the full schedule. Last-Minute Changes Before Vessel Cut-off As the vessel schedule was confirmed and preparations neared completion, an additional 36 packages arose at Dung Quat. This change went beyond a volume increase; it required rapid adjustments across multiple aspects, including port receiving plans, inland transport arrangements, storage allocation, and cargo handling. Crucially, all changes had to be executed without impacting the confirmed vessel schedule. Coordinated Execution to Maintain the Timeline Under time pressure and sudden volume changes, the approach was clear: maintain the timeline, adapt the execution. At origin, direct coordination with the factory enabled quick confirmation of readiness for the additional cargo. At port, communication with agents and terminal operators was accelerated to update receiving plans and storage arrangements. Inland transport was restructured to ensure all cargo – including the additional packages – arrived at port within the required timeframe. Close coordination between the production floor and Dung Quat port enabled the 36 additional packages to be integrated seamlessly into the main shipment without delay. Throughout the process, technical teams and on-site supervisors were deployed continuously at both Hai Phong and Dung Quat. Each stage – loading, securing, and lashing – was closely monitored, ensuring cargo safety while minimising the risk of further disruptions within a tightly controlled schedule. Maintaining Schedule While Optimizing Cost Alongside managing operational changes, Vantage Logistics proposed the most cost-effective execution plan for the client. In project logistics, practical solutions aligned with real conditions help clients meet both budget expectations and schedule requirements. Successful Delivery Under Changing Conditions Despite additional cargo introduced at the final stage, the entire shipment was received, handled, and loaded on schedule. Batch 4 followed three previously completed shipments, demonstrating the ability to maintain stable execution even when actual conditions deviate from the initial plan. Vantage Logistics: Safe Delivery of 53-Tonne Heavy-Lift Unit from Shanghai (China) to Hai Phong (Viet Nam)

Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the international transport of equipment for a 600,000 TPY New Bar Finishing Line. Spanning from Shanghai, China, to Hai Phong, Viet Nam, the project’s success hinged on two critical operational factors: maintaining momentum during the Lunar New Year period and ensuring the absolute safety of a 53-tonne heavy-lift unit throughout the journey. For shipments involving substantial components like the 53-tonne unit in this consignment, the process demands seamless multi-party coordination and rigorous control at every stage – from cargo readiness and port handling to vessel operations. Beyond technical expertise, selecting a transport solution that balances cost-efficiency with a strict schedule is vital, particularly during peak periods such as the Lunar New Year.     Operational Coordination During Lunar New Year The project’s implementation coincided with the Lunar New Year holiday – a period when factory and port operations are typically disrupted due to labour and vehicle shortages. To maintain the schedule, Vantage Logistics prioritised synchronisation between all stakeholders right from the preparatory phase. We worked directly with the local shipper’s agent to align cargo readiness with the vessel’s departure. Dedicated personnel were deployed at the loading port to oversee the stuffing process, handle customs formalities, and provide continuous updates throughout the holiday. This on-site supervision minimised discrepancies between the plan and actual operations, ensuring the cargo was not subject to unforeseen quay rent or storage delays.     Technical Securing and Safety for the 53-Tonne Unit The 53-tonne unit was the most critical item, requiring stringent oversight during both handling and sea transit. The lifting and stowage plan was developed based on the equipment’s specific characteristics and the infrastructure at both Shanghai and Hai Phong ports. In addition to the technical aspects of lifting, cargo safety relied heavily on professional securing. The lashing and securing process was executed in full compliance with carrier safety requirements and port regulations, specifically tailored for high-tonnage units during maritime transport. Direct on-site monitoring played a key role in ensuring that all loading and fastening steps were carried out precisely according to the engineered plan.     Multi-party Coordination in the Supply Chain The success of this shipment resulted from the fluid connection between the factory, inland haulage providers, shipping line agents, and port operators. For project cargo, coordination is executed under a unified plan where timelines and responsibilities are clearly defined from the outset. Vantage Logistics acted as the central hub for operational updates. This structured approach not only mitigated information gaps but also maintained a continuous flow of cargo from the point of origin to the loading port. Consequently, the shipment was successfully completed within the tight timeframe of the holiday season, meeting the client’s requirements for cost optimisation and a demanding schedule.     Contact Vantage Logistics today to discuss a transport solution tailored to your business requirements. Vantage Logistics: Successful Handling of Complex Dangerous Goods for Seraya Power Plant Project

Following the success of previous phases, Vantage Logistics has recently completed the transport of a complex Dangerous Goods (DG) shipment for the Seraya Power Generation Project.   The seamless execution of four consecutive shipments between September 2025 and March 2026 demonstrates Vantage Logistics’ operational stability and the absolute trust placed in us by partners for technically demanding projects.     Sustaining Collaboration through Continuous Supply Chains The Seraya Project is not merely a one-off delivery but a multi-month series of strategic shipments.   Customer Confidence: Entrusting Vantage Logistics with the fourth consecutive shipment, following the proven efficiency of earlier phases, reflects our credibility in building long-term sustainable partnerships. Consistent Operations: Our dedicated project team ensures that handling processes remain precise and error-free across all stages, maintaining the supply chain’s momentum and supporting the installation schedule in Singapore.     Rigorous Control of Dangerous Goods (UN Numbers) The shipment comprised various chemical types (including HIT-RE 500 V3) across multiple hazard classes, requiring a profound understanding of international maritime regulations:   UN 1263 – Class 3: Flammable Liquids UN 1759, UN 3259 – Class 8: Corrosive Substances UN 3077 – Class 9: Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods   Managing multiple UN numbers within a single transport plan demands strict risk mitigation: from cargo segregation and packing to labelling in full compliance with IMDG Code standards. Standardising documentation from the outset is vital to securing immediate approval from carriers and port authorities. Any discrepancy in classification could lead to rejected loading, significant demurrage costs, and project delays.     Seamless Coordination from Dual Loading Points: Hai Phong and Vung Tau Executed simultaneously across Northern and Southern Vietnam’s key economic hubs, the project required high-level coordination:   Synchronised Scheduling: Stuffing and container delivery schedules at both Hai Phong and Vung Tau were meticulously aligned with vessel departures to ensure all cargo arrived in Singapore on time. Centralised Management: Despite originating from two different locations, all data was processed through a single point of contact. This centralised approach minimises communication risks and keeps the entire operational chain on track.   Optimising the Balance: Cost, Time, and Safety Rather than offering a rigid, one-size-fits-all proposal, Vantage Logistics designs flexible transport scenarios. This approach allows clients to evaluate and select the most balanced solution between budget and technical safety requirements, moving beyond a simple focus on freight rates.   Contact Vantage Logistics today for expert consultancy on Dangerous Goods and project cargo solutions tailored to your business requirements. From European Ports to Laos: Vantage Logistics Delivers a USD 720 Million Hydropower Project

Vantage Logistics handled the domestic and cross-border transportation scope for the Theun Hinboun Hydropower Plant project in Na Hin, Laos, with a total project value of up to USD 720 million. From July 2025 to November 2025, machinery and spare parts were shipped from multiple European ports (Gdansk, Gothenburg, Rijeka, Genoa) to Hai Phong Port, Viet Nam, and then delivered to the project site in Laos under DAP terms.     Survey of cargo, transport route and site conditions Before execution, Vantage Logistics conducted surveys across three key elements: cargo, transport route and jobsite. Assess cargo characteristics to determine appropriate handling and transport requirements. Review the transport route from Hai Phong to Na Hin to ensure feasibility in terms of load capacity, infrastructure and operational arrangement. Check jobsite conditions to align the delivery plan with actual receiving capability and site layout. This survey provides the foundation for a transport plan tailored to real-world conditions, ensuring cost control and minimising unexpected issues. As a result, the transport plan was agreed early with the client and maintained consistently throughout the project timeline.   Transport coordination from port to jobsite Upon cargo arrival at Hai Phong Port under CFR terms, Vantage Logistics took over and coordinated the entire transport leg to the jobsite in Na Hin, Laos, with a focus on maintaining alignment between cargo flow and construction progress. Plan deliveries by shipment batch based on the site receiving schedule to avoid early arrivals before site readiness or congestion at the unloading area. Organise transport resources by phase to maintain a continuous flow from Hai Phong Port through the border to the jobsite without creating intermediate bottlenecks. Coordinate directly with the client to adjust delivery schedules when construction timelines change, ensuring alignment between transport activities and actual site demand. Through careful coordination, deliveries are paced appropriately rather than simply “on time,” reducing costs related to storage, waiting, and re-planning.     Transport planning aligned with cost and construction schedule Instead of applying a fixed solution, Vantage Logistics proposed multiple transport options for client consideration: Options were developed based on the actual requirements of each shipment and each construction phase. The client could select between options balancing transport cost, delivery time and planning flexibility. This approach ensures the selected solution aligns with both the project schedule and budget, while allowing timely adjustments as site requirements evolve.     Customs and cross-border transport support Throughout execution, Vantage Logistics provided continuous support on documentation and procedures: Advise on customs procedures at Hai Phong Port and requirements related to Viet Nam–Laos cross-border transport. Support the handling of necessary procedures to ensure cargo clearance in line with the planned transport schedule. Provide timely updates so the client can prepare documentation proactively, reducing risks of delays due to missing or incorrect paperwork. Timely handling of procedures contributes to maintaining delivery schedules and minimising risks at both port and border crossings.   The Theun Hinboun Hydropower project demonstrates Vantage Logistics’ capability in executing transport from seaport to inland jobsite, combining site surveys, operational coordination and cross-border procedural support. A data-driven approach, planning aligned with construction progress and close coordination with the client ensured a stable cargo flow from Hai Phong, Viet Nam to Na Hin, Laos throughout the execution period, meeting project schedule requirements. Companies requiring project cargo transport to Laos and the Mekong region can refer to this case and contact Vantage Logistics for tailored solutions aligned with their specific project plans.
