VANTAGE COMPLETES TRANSPORTATION OF 160 TONS OF STEEL STRUCTURES FOR NEWAY VALVE VIETNAM FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the first shipment for the Neway Valve Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory construction project, transporting 160 tons of steel structures from Shanghai Port, China to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a total cargo value of more than USD 150,000, the shipment required close coordination throughout the ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery processes. The schedule also had to be maintained during the Reunification Day and International Labor Day holidays. A Suitable Transportation Solution for Factory Construction Cargo The shipment consisted of steel structures for factory construction, including steel columns, steel frames, beams, and tie rods. The characteristics of the cargo required the transportation plan to consider handling, securing, and final delivery requirements from the outset. For this shipment, Vantage arranged breakbulk ocean transportation from Shanghai Port to Ho Chi Minh City Port, followed by import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery to Dat Do Industrial Park. Based on the cargo characteristics and the customer’s schedule requirements, Vantage proposed a suitable transportation solution while optimizing costs by focusing on the necessary handling processes and avoiding unnecessary steps. Maintaining the Schedule During the Holiday Period Maintaining the schedule was one of the key requirements of the shipment, as the transportation took place during the holiday period. Vantage coordinated closely with the factory, agents, and port authorities to ensure continuous handling throughout each stage. Import customs clearance and port operations were closely monitored, while the delivery plan was prepared according to the receiving schedule at the project site. Close coordination among all parties helped minimize unnecessary delays and ensured the 160-ton shipment was completed safely and on schedule. On-Site Supervision for Safe Handling of Steel Structures Transporting steel structures for a factory construction project requires careful consideration of both the cargo characteristics and the actual conditions at the delivery site. Vantage’s technical and on-site supervision teams were present at the project site to monitor cargo handling and securing. Steel columns, frames, beams, and tie rods were carefully supervised during handling to ensure they were properly secured and transported safely. Continuous on-site supervision and communication among the parties helped maintain control of the process from port handling through final delivery to the project site. Project Cargo Transportation from Shanghai to Vietnam For this 160-ton steel structure shipment, Vantage managed the transportation process from Shanghai Port, China to the project site in Vietnam, covering breakbulk ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, final delivery, and on-site supervision. The safe and timely completion of the first shipment provides a solid foundation for the following stages of the Neway Valve Vietnam Factory Construction Project. Throughout the operation, international transportation, customs procedures, port handling, and final delivery were coordinated as one process to maintain the schedule and meet the requirements of the project site. Vantage Logistics – Project Cargo Transportation From breakbulk ocean transportation, import customs clearance, and port handling to final delivery and on-site supervision, Vantage develops transportation solutions based on the actual requirements of each stage. VANTAGE LOGISTICS HANDLES PROJECT CARGO FOR SANDOW LAKE ENERGY STATION – 1200MW POWER PLANT PROJECT

Behind every large-scale Power Plant Project are critical pieces of equipment, demanding technical requirements, and a transportation plan that needs to be carefully controlled at every stage. For Sandow Lake Energy Station, Vantage Logistics handled coordination and loading supervision for key project equipment, including High Pressure Steam Drum and Tanks, for a Natural gas power plant with a capacity of Power Plant 1200MW. One Coordination Hub – Connecting Multiple Parties For project cargo to move according to plan, close coordination between all parties is essential. Vantage Logistics actively connected with shippers, shipping agents, port authorities, foreign partners, and shipowners, while serving as the main hub for shipment updates. From cargo status and loading plans to vessel schedules, key information was continuously communicated and updated. Maintaining a consistent flow of information enabled the involved parties to respond quickly to changes and supported timely decision-making throughout the operation. Managing Vessel Schedules and Keeping the Project on Track In project cargo transportation, even a small change in vessel schedules can affect subsequent operations. Vantage Logistics therefore maintained close coordination with relevant parties to monitor vessel schedules and delivery timelines throughout the shipment. This proactive approach helped reduce delay risks and keep transportation activities aligned with the overall schedule of the Power Plant Project. 24/7 Hands-On Loading Attendance For heavy, out-of-gauge (OOG), and high-value equipment, loading requires continuous and hands-on supervision. Vantage Logistics conducted 24/7 loading attendance at the port, monitoring the entire loading process and coordinating closely with the involved parties to ensure safe cargo handling. Critical equipment such as High Pressure Steam Drum and Tanks was closely monitored during loading, with strict attention to the project’s technical specifications and handling requirements. Where Precision Makes a Difference Beyond simply monitoring the operation, Vantage Logistics implemented professional monitoring and coordination procedures throughout the loading process. Continuous supervision enabled potential issues to be identified and addressed promptly, while helping minimize the risk of cargo damage during loading operations. For project cargo, every piece of equipment is part of a much larger plan. Ensuring precision at each stage of coordination and supervision therefore plays an important role in keeping the cargo journey safe and on schedule. Supporting Energy Projects with Confidence Through the Sandow Lake Energy Station project, Vantage Logistics continues to demonstrate its capability in managing heavy, OOG, and high-value project cargo. From multi-party coordination and vessel schedule management to 24/7 loading attendance, each stage is carefully monitored to maintain safety, accuracy, and operational continuity throughout the transportation process.   Contact Vantage Logistics for tailored transport solutions and competitive quotations. Continuing to Successfully Handle Another Complex Shipment for the Bago Bridge Construction Project in Myanmar

This 2nd shipment is bigger than the 1st one (including 2 packages of machinery and equipment with respectively dimensions of 9.70m L x 3.40m W x 3.40m H x 56.3 tons and 8.70m L x 3.30 m W x 3.30m H x 44 tons; 5 containers 40’HC, 2 containers 40’FR and 2 containers 40’OT), and more challenging. In particular, the customer requires port of discharge to be either MITT port or Myanmar Industrial Port (MIP – Myanmar Industrial Port) in Yangon, as other ports are not in convenient position for delivery from port to jobsite. Meantime, with such dimension and weight, the choice of sea carrier is already very limited, together with the limited choice of port of discharge, really more narrow. Furthermore, according to project’s requirements, cargo must be separately stuffed for 2 different deliveries for 2 different positions at jobsite. The goods consist of a lot of parts and components which is very easy to mix up and require very detailed control. Similar to the first shipment in May 2019, this shipment also had a significant difficulty on applying only 1 form of C/O for the entire shipment; while these machines originated from various countries: Vietnam, Japan, Korea, America, China…, as well as collected from many sources such as importing from foreign countries, renting from local suppliers; which included both new and used equipment; moreover, due to insufficient documents proving the origin of goods, Vantage team has encountered many difficulties in collecting and processing documents during the implementation of customs clearance procedures for the shipment. In addition, the rushing delivery time according to customers’ commitment is also a big pressure on Vantage’s team. Overcoming all challenges and difficulties, with professional and experience in the field of transporting machinery and equipment for project, Vantage had researched, consulted and proposed the most cost-saving and safest solution as well as the form of “Certificate of Export Country” in compliance, in accordance with the shipment and customer’s requirements. On 15th October 2019, the shipment has arrived at the destination port as scheduled. Continuing to Successfully Handle Another Complex Shipment for the Bago Bridge Construction Project in Myanmar After the first shipment handled successfully in May 2019, Vantage was trustfully awarded the second shipment of the Bago Bridge construction project. The scope of Vantage’s responsibility for this project includes receiving goods from jobsite in Luong Son Industrial Park, Hai Phong City, Vietnam, loading cargo into containers by cranes and forklifts, applying for “Certificate of Origin” (C/O) and temporary export customs formalities, shipping from Hai Phong to MITT (Myanmar International Terminal Thilawa), Myanmar....
