VANTAGE COMPLETES TRANSPORTATION OF 160 TONS OF STEEL STRUCTURES FOR NEWAY VALVE VIETNAM FACTORY CONSTRUCTION PROJECT

Vantage Logistics has successfully completed the first shipment for the Neway Valve Vietnam Co., Ltd. factory construction project, transporting 160 tons of steel structures from Shanghai Port, China to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. With a total cargo value of more than USD 150,000, the shipment required close coordination throughout the ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery processes. The schedule also had to be maintained during the Reunification Day and International Labor Day holidays. A Suitable Transportation Solution for Factory Construction Cargo The shipment consisted of steel structures for factory construction, including steel columns, steel frames, beams, and tie rods. The characteristics of the cargo required the transportation plan to consider handling, securing, and final delivery requirements from the outset. For this shipment, Vantage arranged breakbulk ocean transportation from Shanghai Port to Ho Chi Minh City Port, followed by import customs clearance, port handling, and final delivery to Dat Do Industrial Park. Based on the cargo characteristics and the customer’s schedule requirements, Vantage proposed a suitable transportation solution while optimizing costs by focusing on the necessary handling processes and avoiding unnecessary steps. Maintaining the Schedule During the Holiday Period Maintaining the schedule was one of the key requirements of the shipment, as the transportation took place during the holiday period. Vantage coordinated closely with the factory, agents, and port authorities to ensure continuous handling throughout each stage. Import customs clearance and port operations were closely monitored, while the delivery plan was prepared according to the receiving schedule at the project site. Close coordination among all parties helped minimize unnecessary delays and ensured the 160-ton shipment was completed safely and on schedule. On-Site Supervision for Safe Handling of Steel Structures Transporting steel structures for a factory construction project requires careful consideration of both the cargo characteristics and the actual conditions at the delivery site. Vantage’s technical and on-site supervision teams were present at the project site to monitor cargo handling and securing. Steel columns, frames, beams, and tie rods were carefully supervised during handling to ensure they were properly secured and transported safely. Continuous on-site supervision and communication among the parties helped maintain control of the process from port handling through final delivery to the project site. Project Cargo Transportation from Shanghai to Vietnam For this 160-ton steel structure shipment, Vantage managed the transportation process from Shanghai Port, China to the project site in Vietnam, covering breakbulk ocean transportation, import customs clearance, port handling, final delivery, and on-site supervision. The safe and timely completion of the first shipment provides a solid foundation for the following stages of the Neway Valve Vietnam Factory Construction Project. Throughout the operation, international transportation, customs procedures, port handling, and final delivery were coordinated as one process to maintain the schedule and meet the requirements of the project site. VANTAGE LOGISTICS COMPLETES THE DELIVERY OF A $3.4 MILLION PASSENGER BOARDING BRIDGES SYSTEM AT CAT BI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Transporting oversized and heavy aviation equipment into an active airport environment requires strict control over timing, transport planning, and on-site organization. This demand was clearly demonstrated through Vantage Logistics’ successful delivery of a complete Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) system, valued at USD 3.4 million, to Cat Bi International Airport.     Challenges from an Active Airport Operating Environment Vantage Logistics executed an end-to-end transport service from the port to the jobsite for the Passenger Boarding Bridges (PBB) system, totaling USD 3,400,000 in value, at Cat Bi International Airport (Hai Phong, Viet Nam). Beyond being a shipment of specialized, bulky, and high-value equipment, the greatest challenge of the project lay in the specific characteristics of the delivery location: Cat Bi International Airport is an active, continuously operating facility. All vehicle movements, handling, and installation activities had to strictly comply with aviation security standards while ensuring absolutely no impact or disruption to the shared flight schedules.     Operational and Site Coordination Solutions To ensure the USD 3.4 million shipment was delivered safely and on schedule, Vantage Logistics’ project expert team established a pragmatic handling process: Thorough Surveys and Nighttime Scheduling: The technical team conducted detailed site surveys, designed route plans, and proactively arranged nighttime transportation to avoid congestion while strictly adhering to the strict time windows limited within the airport area Customs Clearance and Transport Capacity Coordination: Promptly completed complex customs procedures for aviation equipment while mobilizing sufficient trucking capacity to maintain a continuous transportation tempo HSE and Cargo Safety Standards Control: The entire lifting, lashing, and moving process applied rigorous health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards, ensuring the absolute integrity of the high-end equipment from the port to the airport jobsite The successful completion of the project at Cat Bi International Airport further affirms Vantage Logistics’ practical execution capabilities for project cargo lines that demand strict technical standards and rigorous operational procedures at critical infrastructure. Vantage Logistics Successfully Transports the First New-Generation D19E Locomotive for Viet Nam Railways

Viet Nam Railways (VNR) has officially received the first new-generation D19E locomotive at Yen Vien Station. Behind this major infrastructure milestone was a rapid field operation executed by Vantage Logistics – encompassing customs clearance, inland transport, and the final lifting and safe placement of the equipment onto the tracks, all completed just ahead of the National Day holiday.     Prioritizing Safety in Heavy-Lift Operations When handling equipment measuring 17.2 meters long and weighing 81 tons, safety becomes the absolute top priority throughout the entire operation. From loading the locomotive onto specialized heavy-haul trailers at the border to its final placement at Yen Vien Station, the transport plan was meticulously prepared and closely monitored at every stage. This rigorous oversight minimized potential risks, ensuring complete safety for both the high-value equipment and the on-site personnel.     Track Placement: The On-Site Challenge Delivering the locomotive to Yen Vien Station was only part of the journey. The next phase required flawless on-site coordination: hoisting the 81-ton unit from the specialized trailer and perfectly aligning its wheel axles onto the railway tracks. To execute this, our engineers, crane operators, and transport teams worked in seamless synchronization based on a pre-calculated plan. Every step – lifting, moving, and positioning – was carried out in exact sequence to safely set the equipment in place.     Meeting Tight Deadlines Ahead of the Holiday The cargo arrived at the border just before the National Day holiday, significantly shrinking the window for processing and inland transit. Vantage Logistics rapidly finalized customs clearance and mobilized the transport fleet to extract the equipment from the border exactly as planned. Despite the intense time pressure, every stage from cargo receipt to road transit strictly adhered to customs regulations and traffic safety laws. Through this project, Vantage Logistics continues to reinforce its field operational capabilities, fully prepared to meet the rigorous demands of upcoming major transport infrastructure projects.       Contact Vantage Logistics for tailored transport solutions and competitive quotations.
